We are seeking a Creative Strategist & Producer to join our dynamic marketing team. This pivotal role involves owning the end-to-end creative production process for performance marketing campaigns, with an emphasis on leveraging generative AI tools to scale ad output. The ideal candidate will develop creative strategies, oversee asset creation, and ensure campaign compliance within regulated environments. This position is integral to expanding our paid social output, particularly during high-volume periods such as Open Enrollment.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the full creative production process for performance marketing campaigns, from briefing through execution.
• Leverage AI tools to produce a high volume of static ad creative and draft campaign copy/scripts.
• Collaborate with compliance officers to ensure all creative assets adhere to strict regulatory guidelines and disclaimer requirements.
• Work closely with external video editors, providing approved briefs, copy, and scripts for final video production.
• Analyze performance data from creative analytics platforms (e.g., Motion) to inform and optimize future briefs.
• Maintain an understanding of social media platform specs, production trends, and ad best practices.
• Maintain availability during peak seasonal periods (Open Enrollment through mid-January).

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in creative strategy and production, with a focus on social media or performance marketing.
• Industry Compliance: Experience working within or for highly regulated industries where advertising disclaimers and compliance are required (e.g., healthcare, finance, insurance, pharmaceuticals, or banking).
• AI Tools: Hands-on experience using generative AI tools for creative asset generation, drafting copy, and workflow optimization is strongly preferred.
• Performance Marketing: Strong understanding of performance marketing workflows and ad formats for paid social channels.
• Ownership & Initiative: Proven ability to drive the creative process independently with minimal direction.
• Agency Background: Prior creative agency experience is a plus.
• Tool Nice-to-Haves: Direct experience with Claude (including Claude Code) or Motion is a nice-to-have.
