Hourly Part Time/Full Time SALES position that is responsible for all aspects of customer service, store merchandising, and store maintenance. Qualified applicant should be able to work a variety of shifts with an emphasis on nights and weekends. Applicants should be comfortable with working solo shifts without supervision. Applicants should be prompt and ready to work all scheduled shifts. All applicants should be neat and tidy in appearance while being well groomed. Strengths: Strong Communication, Customer Service/Salesmanship, Team Orientated, Self-Motivation, Organization, Attention to Detail, and Multi-Tasking. We currently have openings for PT/FT sales associates at our location in Columbus, Oh- 5th Avenue Grandview. Interested applicants must have previous Retail sales experience High school diploma or equivalent Flexible availability Additionally: Strong communication skills Experience with computers Excellent customer service are desired Must be available nights and weekends

Pay Includes: Base pay + commission

BASE PAY: $11.00 an hour (Commissions could be an additional $5.00-$7.00 an hour depending on sales)

Qualifications

Education/Experience: (qualifications)

• Qualified candidates should have earned a high school diploma or GED. Experience in retail, sales, or hospitality is ideal

Essential Job Functions and Physical Requirements:

• Frequent Speaking in order to articulate and convey details or information accurately, loudly, rapidly and professionally.
• Able to hear average or normal conversations in order to receive ordinary information.
• Average, ordinary visual acuity necessary to be able to operate machinery and inspect both documents and products.
• Physical Strength: able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Be able to stand 4-8 hours without sitting.
• Must have reliable means of transportation to and from work.
