FRI Restoration is looking for a relationship-focused professional to represent our company throughout the Greater Houston market by developing long-term partnerships with commercial property professionals, business owners, and referral partners.

This is not a high-pressure, transactional sales position.

Instead, you'll spend your time networking, meeting with business professionals, attending industry events, strengthening referral relationships, and helping commercial clients solve real problems through one of Houston's most respected restoration companies.

What You'll Do

Every day is different. You might begin the morning meeting with a commercial property manager, have lunch with an insurance agency, attend an apartment association event in the afternoon, and finish your day visiting referral partners throughout your territory.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships throughout the Greater Houston commercial market
• Meeting with property managers, facility professionals, insurance agencies, contractors, and commercial business owners
• Creating long-term referral partnerships
• Representing FRI Restoration at networking events, association meetings, and industry functions
• Becoming a trusted resource within the commercial real estate and facilities community
• Following up consistently and maintaining strong professional relationships
• Tracking activity using our CRM system
• Working alongside company leadership to support continued market growth

• Base Salary: $80,000–$100,000 depending on experience
• Uncapped performance-based commissions
• Typical first-year earnings of $120,000–$150,000+
