HR Manager (CMD)
Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc
HR Manager supporting the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry commercial and marketing divisions. Provides HR business partnership to US-based sales, marketing, and applications teams, driving capability development, employee engagement, and HR initiatives across the function.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR solutions, policy guidance, and consultation to assigned commercial client groups
- Coach and mentor managers on HR policies, restructuring, career development, and people management
- Partner with management to align business goals with people strategy and implications
- Conduct employee and labor relations investigations and recommend resolutions
- Support recruitment efforts and partner on hiring and compensation strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR work experience or equivalent
- Strong HR business partnership and consultation skills
- Knowledge of HR policies, processes, and employee relations
- Experience with recruitment, compensation strategy, and organizational development
- Ability to manage complex employee and labor relations issues independently
