Forklift Operator Requirements 6 months to 1 year of forklift experience (must be within the past 1 year) Experience with stand-up side loader forklifts preferred Strong safety awareness and attention to detail Ability to learn multiple positions and adapt quickly Steel-toed boots with metatarsal protection required Must be able to work nights. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility. The Forklift Operator supports warehouse operations by safely transporting inventory using forklifts and other powered industrial equipment. This role requires equipment proficiency, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety. A successful Forklift Operator understands warehouse procedures, inventory movement, equipment inspections, and material handling practices while maintaining efficient workflows and accurate product movement.
