Marine Vessel Tankermen - Gulf Division - Channelview, TX Campbell Transportation Company is seeking Vessel Tankermen for their Gulf Division in Channelview, Texas. These professionals are responsible for the safe loading and unloading of liquid tank barges, as well as maintaining vessel cleanliness and performing minor repairs. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, possess the required USCG licensing, and are comfortable working in all weather conditions on rotating shifts. Perks & Benefits Full-time employment Competitive wages Participation in annual Benzene Monitoring Program Equal employment opportunity employer What You’ll Need Valid, current MMD endorsed as Tankerman-PIC (Barge) Dangerous Liquids through USCG Minimum of 1-year experience as a Tankerman Valid driver’s license and safe driving record Ability to possess a Transportation Worker’s Identification Card (TWIC) Ability to traverse boats, barges, and tows a minimum of two miles per day Ability to transport equipment of 60 to 100 pounds up to 1000 feet Ability to ascend/descend a 90-degree ladder up to 40 feet Ability to move through 18-inch diameter hatch and enter confined spaces Respirator fit at all times and cleared for fit testing annually Successful completion of Benzene clearance pre-employment and annual participation Ability to work a minimum 12-hour shift (up to 15 hours) What Will Make You Stand Out High School Diploma or GED (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Job Shop
