The Role:

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving new business development, and ensuring top-tier service delivery. You will work closely with service technicians and internal teams to deliver tailored water treatment solutions while identifying opportunities for business growth within your territory. This role will build and maintain our sales territory in an assigned region, focused on outside sales and account management for our industrial water treatment division. Your responsibilities will include:

Account Management & Customer Retention

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders within the region.
• Set sales goals, ensure accurate forecasting and timely closing of deals.
• Build ongoing value by updating customers' knowledge of our products.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service reports, and sales activities.
• Provides sales goals and activity to VP of Field Operations.

Sales Growth & Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Develop and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations for new and existing clients.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting and upselling water treatment solutions, including those for cooling towers, boilers, and other various water treatment systems.

Technical & Service Coordination

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing technical expertise and responsive service.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of systems.
• Ensures top-tier service delivery.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute for education).
• 3+ years of experience in industrial water treatment (cooling towers, boilers), HVAC, Plumbing or other mechanical industries.
• Proven track record in account management and sales growth within the industrial or chemical sectors is a huge plus.
