Pharmacist

to join our team!

The qualified candidate will be responsible for the full practice of pharmacy in accordance with applicable regulatory statutes and accreditation standards, including interpreting, filling, and verifying prescription orders, packaging, labeling, dispensing, and administering medications. Responsibilities include collaborating with providers on medication management, counseling patients on medication usage, monitoring drug therapy, overseeing inventory and record keeping, and supervising pharmacy staff and workflow. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

REQUIREMENTS

Current and valid Missouri Pharmacist license required. Must be a graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy. Minimum of two years' pharmacy experience and supervisory experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams required. Must be comfortable with phone-based patient interaction and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Regular attendance is essential. Monday-Friday availability is required, with shifts varying based on scheduling needs. Minimal travel may be required.
