General Otolaryngologist

Our organization is seeking a General Otolaryngologist to become a vital member of our otolaryngology team in the St. Croix Valley, spanning both Minnesota and Wisconsin. This role will primarily serve patients at our Stillwater, MN facility, as well as in our locations in Hudson, Amery, and New Richmond, WI. Joining our team means you will play a significant role in enhancing the quality of care our patients receive daily.

As a general otolaryngologist, you will be integrated into the largest multi-specialty healthcare system in the Twin Cities. Candidates must possess board certification or be board eligible in Otolaryngology.

PAY RANGE:

The compensation for this role ranges from a minimum of $425,000.00 to a maximum of $690,000.00 based on a 1.0 FTE.

PAY RANGE STATEMENT:

Compensation is determined by the role's level and requirements. Pay within our established ranges may also be influenced by factors such as education, experience, skills, location, and internal equity. After the salary guarantee period, compensation will be based on work RVU productivity.
