This role is central to turning corporate priorities into impactful, audience-led campaigns that deliver measurable results. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, create compelling content, and use data and AI-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and elevate Micron’s brand.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end data center campaign strategy, execution, and performance measurement across global marketsTranslate corporate narratives into clear campaign objectives, messaging, content, and activation plansOrchestrate cross-functional teams and agency partners to ensure consistent messaging and on-time deliveryDevelop audience-focused content aligned to industry trends, use cases, and product proof pointsMonitor campaign performance, drive optimization, and deliver insights for continuous improvementMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign leadership, or B2B technology marketingProven ability to lead complex, cross-functional campaigns in global, matrixed environmentsStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills without direct authorityExperience using data and analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance and apply Artificial intelligence tools Preferred Qualifications:Experience in enterprise technology, AI, cloud, or data center ecosystemsFamiliarity with audience-based marketing models and content journey frameworksExperience managing agency partners and multi-channel campaign executionProficiency with Adobe Workfront and campaign planning toolsDemonstrated use of AI tools for content creation, research, and workflow efficiencyThe US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:$97,000.00 - $220,000.00 a yearAdditional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
