ACC is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Detroit. In this role, you’ll work on transformative initiatives that change lives and promote well-being for individuals and families.What You’ll Do as a Clinical Therapist at ACC:Provide crisis intervention and deliver individual, group, conjoint, and family therapy.Manage a client caseload that aligns with program guidelines, ensuring effective and ethical care.Work with clients from diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds to address mental health needs.Perform clinical assessments, formulate diagnoses, and implement treatment plans tailored to client goals.Maintain thorough and accurate clinical case records in compliance with funding source requirements and agency policies.Participate in regular clinical staff meetings and supervision to discuss client cases and treatment approaches.Engage in professional development through in-service programs and seminars to enhance skills and service delivery.Maintain a productivity rate of 60% in direct client services.Collaborate with the Quality Department through peer reviews to ensure agency standards are met.Complete 24 hours of child-specific continuing education training per fiscal year, if applicable.What do we need from you?Individual must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work or equivalent degree in a field related to mental health from an accredited college or university.Current registration to practice clinical work from the State of Michigan Department of Licensing is required (LLMSW/LMSW/LLPC/LPC/LLP/LP).Must have at least one year of experience in the field of mental health or human services.Completion of a background check.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Must be able to enter and retrieve data using computer systems, systems applications, and other office equipment.**Signing Bonus Available**Perks & Benefits:Guaranteed full-time pay – competitive salariesFull medical, dental, vision health benefits with low costs and deductiblesShort-term and long-term disability insuranceGenerous paid time off (20 days a year)14.5 paid holidays (Your birthday is a paid day off)403(b) Retirement PlanBonus opportunities- longevity, quarterly productivity, sign on, employee referral #J-18808-Ljbffr America's Community Council
