Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience - Required
• Strong clinical hospital pharmacy background - Required
• Oncology pharmacy experience - Required
• Chemotherapy medication preparation experience - Required
• Hazardous drug compounding experience - Required
• Experience working independently in a smaller hospital setting - Preferred
• Experience collaborating with oncology nurses and providers - Required

License

• Active Oregon Pharmacist License (RPh) at time of submission - Required

Certifications

• PharmD - Required

EMR

• Epic EMR experience - Preferred
