Phlebotomist Location: 1310 116th Ave NE, Bellevue, WA 98004 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, with rotating weekends Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other diagnostic tests Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely Process billing information and collect payments when required Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis Maintain patient and specimen information logs Provide superior customer service to all patients Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary Minimum Qualifications Washington State issued Phlebotomy license (MA-P) Preferred Qualifications 6 or more months of experience as a phlebotomist Additional Job Standards Licensed or may apply for a phlebotomy license at time of hire Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test Flexibility to work overtime as needed Exceptional customer service Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently or in a team environment Comfortable working under minimal supervision Location Options Patient Service Center, Client Office, or Hospital. Incentive Program Quarterly incentive bonus program for PST’s based on performance metrics. Pay Range $21.87 to $32.28 per hour Benefits Medical Dental Vision Life
