Production Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)

• Read and interpret BOMs, mechanical drawings, work instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Assemble parts and subassemblies using hand-held, DC, and torque tools (impact sockets, power drills, mallets, screw drivers)
• Verify parts before assembly and completed components against specifications using measuring tools.
• Meet quality standards and takt-time targets; document discrepancies as needed.
• Report part shortages, defects, or equipment issues to the Production Supervisor.

Production Associate Qualifications:

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have prior experience using common assembly tools and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be able to stand for up to a 10-hour shift and lift 25-50 lbs. frequently without assistance.
• Must have ability to perform basic math, complete paperwork accurately, follow instructions, work independently, and support a team environment.
• Must be able to read, interpret and comprehend standard Bill of Materials (BOM), standard work instructions and policies and procedures.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
