Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Per Diem) - Join Our Team in Coral Springs, Florida!
At Behavioral Intervention for Autism, we're dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children with Autism. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on our Per Diem team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and their families.
About the Role
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing clients and developing individualized treatment plans to meet their unique needs
- Supervising and training behavior analysts and assistants to ensure high-quality therapy services
- Providing parent training and education to empower families to support their child's development
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive plans for clients
- Maintaining accurate records and data to track client progress
