Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse in Lanai City, Hawaii. This full-time position involves night shifts with a schedule of 12 hours per shift and a minimum of 36 hours per week. The role requires a dedicated healthcare professional to provide urgent and ongoing care within an emergency setting, utilizing current clinical skills and competencies to meet patient needs effectively.

Job Details:

• Location: Lanai City, Hawaii
• Schedule: Nights; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  • One (1) year of recent (within the last three years) full-time equivalent experience
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Licensure: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) within 6 months of hire or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in nursing or a related field
  • Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize and interpret cardiac dysrhythmias preferred
  • NIH Stroke Scale Certificate preferred
