Emergency Room Registered Nurse - Day ShiftWe are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. This position requires strong EPIC experience and a solid understanding of trauma care, including pediatrics. The selected candidate will work in a community hospital with over 45,000 annual patient visits and a 30+ bed ER unit.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment.Conduct patient assessments and implement nursing interventions.Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Manage and prioritize multiple patient cases effectively.Participate in rotating weekend schedules and floating as required within scope of practice.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum 2 years of ER nursing experience required.California RN licensure required (please confirm status upon application).Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH Stroke Scale are mandatory.Previous travel experience is preferred.ScheduleThis position is for a 12-hour day shift, with start times of 7a, 9a, 10a, and 11a.
