As a Direct Sales Representative, you'll work directly with local business owners to review their electricity and natural gas supply plans, introduce competitive supplier options, and recommend solutions that fit their business needs. During your first several weeks, you'll focus on developing new business opportunities while learning our proven sales system alongside experienced Account Managers. Their sole focus is to help our newest team members hit the ground running.

As you gain experience, you'll have opportunities to take on larger customer portfolios, build long-term client relationships, and advance into Account Manager and other leadership positions. We're committed to promoting from within as part of our goal to continually expand into 20+ additional markets over the next few years.

What you'll do. Your day begins at the office, where you'll work with your mentor to plan, prepare and strategize for the day ahead. You'll then head into your assigned territory and crush your goals. From there, you control the tone and outcome of your day. Responsibilities include:

• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Help businesses identify opportunities to reduce their energy costs.
• Recommend competitive energy supplier options based on each customer's needs.
• Build relationships with prospective commercial customers.
• Learn our proven customer consultation process alongside experienced mentors.
• Travel throughout an assigned territory (typically within a 30-mile radius of the office).

Compensation. Base Pay + Commission - ideal for those beginning their careers

• Weekly base pay while you learn and build confidence
• Tier 1 commissions on new accounts (capped)

Commission-Only - ideal for experienced professionals

• Tier 2 commissions on new accounts (uncapped)
• Qualified to earn residual commission on accounts you manage and retain

Typical on target earnings for consultants are in the range $55,000$70,000, with top performers exceeding $100k+ in their first year.

During your first 2 weeks, we provide Paid Training as you work closely with experienced mentor to learn our customer consultation process, build confidence, and develop the skills needed for long-term success. As you progress in your career, we'll committed to provide continual career training and development in the areas of leadership, business management, and finances.
