Business Development Center (BDC) Representative

McGrath Arlington Kia is growing, and we're looking for an experienced BDC Representative to join our team as we prepare to open our brand-new, state-of-the-art Kia facility in the coming weeks.

What You'll Do:

Handle inbound leads, calls, and internet inquiries
Set and confirm appointments for the sales team
Follow up consistently with customers via phone, text, and email
Maintain accurate CRM notes and activity tracking
Work closely with sales and management to maximize opportunities
Deliver a professional, customer-first experience

What We're Looking For:

Previous BDC or automotive sales experience required
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Driven, organized, and team-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
