Our agency is growing, and we're looking for a producer who's already proven it. You'll bring an established book or a track record of consistent new business, and you'll have the runway to grow it further across personal lines, commercial lines, or both, depending on where your strengths and relationships are strongest. The clients you bring in expect a lot and remember who delivers. The team behind you works with you, not around you. And you'll have the platform behind you: national carrier access, 150+ locations, a team that genuinely collaborates, so you're never building or defending your book without the right resources in reach.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days on-site in Media, PA

How You'll Make an Impact

• Bring and grow an established book of business so that your production history becomes the foundation for what's next, not just a résumé line.
• Prospect and close new business consistently so that your book keeps expanding, not just holding steady.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and centers of influence so that referrals become a repeatable source of growth, not a one-off win.
• Partner with account managers and underwriters on marketing and quoting so that every prospect gets a competitive, well-built proposal.
• Leverage Patriot's carrier relationships and platform so that you're never competing for business without real support behind you.
• Mentor newer producers on prospecting and closing so that your experience raises the bar for the whole team, not just your own numbers.

Who You Are

• You've already proven you can produce, this role is about scaling what you've built, not starting from zero.
• You build trust quickly and keep it, your clients and referral sources stick with you because you deliver.
• You handle a hard market or a lost deal without losing momentum, you adjust and keep moving.
• You take ownership of your book and your numbers without anyone needing to check in.
• You know how to work a room, whether it's a carrier partner, a referral source, or a prospect's leadership team, you read the dynamic and adjust without losing your footing.
• You're looking for a platform that matches your ambition, you want the resources and autonomy to keep growing, not a ceiling.

 

What You Bring

Your Background:

• Active Property & Casualty license
• A proven production history and an established or transportable book of business, typically 5+ years of producer experience.
• A track record of consistent new business production, with references or results that can be verified
• Working knowledge of coverage forms, exposures, and marketing strategy across your primary lines of business

Valuable Additions:

• A track record of production awards or top-producer recognition
• Deep relationships within a specific niche or vertical (construction, habitational, healthcare, or similar)
• An existing referral network or centers of influence that travel with you

Pay Range: Posted below*

*Any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with applicable state pay transparency laws, considering relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis. Roles may also be eligible for a supplemental compensation, such as performance-based bonus, commission, or equity. Specific eligibility will be discussed with Talent Acquisition team.

Pay Range

$70,000—$400,000 USD
