Responsibilities

• Apply claims‑management experience to analyze claims exposure, plan the proper course of action, and appropriately resolve claims.
• Interact extensively with various parties to ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, exhibiting empathy throughout the claims process.
• Handle claims consistently with client and corporate policies, procedures, and standard methodologies while meeting statutory, regulatory, and ethical requirements.
• Document and communicate claim activity timely to support the outcome of the claim file.
• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers‑compensation claims using analytical skills to reach informed decisions and bring claims to resolution.
• Partner with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims‑management process.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize tasks to best serve clients and claimants.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience adjusting a workers‑compensation desk, including lost time/indemnity and litigation.
• Knowledge of FL, GA, NC jurisdictions.
• Active adjuster’s license for the states handled.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum 3 years of related claims experience.
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
