The SVP will provide visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for key components of the academic enterprise, including faculty development, academic initiatives, and educational services. Reporting to the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, the SVP serves as a thought-partner and engaged collaborator within the Provost’s leadership team. The role is responsible for leading and managing faculty affairs and overseeing curriculum development and review, while also providing direct supervision of the units of Distance Education and Institutional Effectiveness and Research. The SVP will be expected to lead growth and development across faculty affairs and academic operations, implementing faculty support programs, strengthening academic affairs initiatives, and enhancing institutional effectiveness through data-driven decision-making.
