VP - Middle Market Underwriter
Taurus Search
Underwriting accounts according to applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Reviews financial statements, communicates with clients or prospects, and performs analysis to recommend credit grades and appropriate loan structuring. Ensures all involved parties are updated on underwriting progress and outcome. Sources, compiles, and interprets financial data to support structuring and approval of loans. Reviews industry information and comparisons, key risks and mitigants, and collateral to form a general business overview of the borrower. Identifies risks through reviews, analysis, and research of new and existing middle market loans. Present and support credit analysis findings to peers, management, and risk committees. Qualifications Completion of a formal credit training program preferred Must have exposure to Middle-Market Names - specifically Corporates, Manufacturing, PE & Professional Services Cash flow analysis Commercial Leasing and Lending including operating leases and term loans Experience with financial analysis modeling #J-18808-Ljbffr Taurus Search
