Growth Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a creative, analytical, and entrepreneurial Growth Marketing Manager to help us grow awareness, engagement, and adoption of our product. This is an early-career, hands-on startup role for someone who enjoys experimenting with content, messaging, social media, and growth strategies. You’ll have significant ownership and the opportunity to test ideas quickly and learn from real results. What You’ll Do Develop creative growth strategies across social, content, and digital channels Create campaigns and content designed to increase organic reach and engagement Develop compelling messaging and value propositions for our products Experiment with different content formats, hooks, channels, and growth ideas Identify trends and opportunities that could generate significant organic growth Work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to understand customer needs Turn product features into simple, compelling stories and marketing campaigns Track campaign and content performance and identify opportunities for improvement Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives Help develop landing pages, presentations, sales collateral, and other marketing materials Use customer feedback and performance data to continuously improve our marketing approach What We’re Looking For 0–4 years of professional experience Experience or strong interest in growth marketing, product marketing, content marketing, social media, digital marketing, or a related field Strong writing and communication skills Creative and analytical mindset Strong understanding of social media and digital trends Ability to develop messaging that is clear, compelling, and shareable Comfortable testing ideas, learning from results, and iterating quickly Familiarity with Canva, Figma, analytics tools, video editing, or similar tools is a plus Ability to understand products and communicate their value in simple language Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment A Great Candidate Might Have Run a social media, content, or growth experiment that produced strong results Created content that generated significant organic engagement Experience working with an early-stage company, startup, product, or online brand A portfolio of campaigns, social content, videos, landing pages, or creative projects Strong opinions about what drives organic growth and viral engagement A habit of measuring results and using data to improve creative ideasAn entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership What We Value Creativity over credentials.
