Caregiver Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Meadow Falls of Bath in Akron, OH. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, fostering a positive and respectful environment that promotes their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Responsibilities Provide individualized care to residents, including personal care, medication management, and mobility assistance Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Prepare and serve meals and snacks, maintaining dietary and nutrition requirements Encourage socialization and engagement through activities, games, and outings Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols Document resident care and progress, communicating with healthcare professionals and families as needed Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement resident care plans Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required; certification or degree in healthcare preferred 1 years of experience; willingness to learn and grow with our team Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds; stand and walk for extended periods Strong communication and interpersonal skills; patient and compassionate approach Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and supportive work environment A chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residents #J-18808-Ljbffr Meadow Falls of Bath
