We're seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with personal injury experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working directly with clients, and is ready to take ownership of a dynamic caseload while growing alongside our firm. Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution. Evaluate claims, conduct legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery. Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and medical providers. Negotiate settlements and prepare for mediations, depositions, hearings, and trial when necessary. Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide exceptional client service. Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with all ethical and legal requirements. Qualifications 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience (required). Active Virginia or Maryland Bar license (required). DC Bar admission or willingness to waive into the DC Bar immediately. Experience managing a high-volume caseload. Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Excellent organization, communication, and client relationship skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and technology-savvy. Deposition and trial experience preferred. Spanish fluency is a plus. What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
