Vascular Sonographer

MLR Healthcare is in search of a Vascular Sonographer who is able to hit the ground running adding their expertise to support a fast growing Hospital West of Houston. Assisting physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of disorders affecting the vascular system.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform non-invasive vascular exams in order to assess for vascular disease or disorders
Interpret sonograms accurately and provide an excellent level of patient care, demonstrate acute attention to detail and the ability to explain technical diagnoses in understandable terms for patients
Prepare patients for scans, operating the ultrasound equipment, and working with physicians to review the vascular images

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Vascular Technology, Sonography, Radiology
Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)
ARDMS Credential
BLS & ACLS
