Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients’ mental health challenges, thereby developing tailored treatment plans that address individual needs. \n
- Facilitate engaging and impactful individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to guide clients toward their therapeutic goals. \n
- Monitor client progress continuously, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary, and documenting all sessions accurately to adhere to ethical and regulatory standards. \n
- Provide teletherapy options, accommodating clients who may face barriers to in-person therapy, thereby ensuring that mental health services are accessible to all. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and peer consultation to remain current with best practices in mental health care. \n
You will work with a diverse clientele that includes adults, adolescents, and families experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your empathetic and client-centered approach will play a crucial role in fostering healing and resilience.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required. \n
- A master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy. \n
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, building trust with clients through active listening and genuine engagement in their therapeutic process. \n
- Exhibit compassion and understanding in navigating clients' challenges while maintaining a non-judgmental attitude. \n
- Possess strong organizational skills to manage a varied caseload efficiently and effectively track administrative tasks. \n

- Experience providing therapy in a telehealth setting is preferred, as well as familiarity with relevant telehealth software and technologies. \n
- Experience working with culturally diverse populations and an understanding of social determinants that affect mental health outcomes. \n
- Previous involvement in case management or collaborative care is a plus. \n

- Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. \n
