The SCRUM Master must have:Plans and facilitates scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand up, demos, board reviews, and retrospectivesMaintains JIRA and other information radiators for the teamsCollaborates with clients or end users to understand business requirementsActs as a liaison between development teams and product management, ensuring that appropriate project process is madeIdentifies and resolves impediments that slow development or prevent the team from meeting established goals or milestonesMotivates teams to perform and ensures team members are collectively responsible for all aspects of the committed work (analysis, development, testing, documentation, etc.)Provides reports based on team capacity and how the team is preforming against capacityServes as a scrum master for up to three medium size Agile teams or one large consolidated Agile teamMay coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionalsSecurity clearance level: TS/SCI with Polygraph Location: Chantilly, VA (customer site) US citizenship requiredGDIT IS YOUR PLACEAt GDIT, the mission is our purpose, and our people are at the center of everything we do.
