Special Education Teacher We are hiring for a great client in Las Cruces, NM. This is an on-site contract opportunity for a Special Education Teacher. Responsibilities Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Deliver differentiated instruction tailored to students’ academic and behavioral needs Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field Active NM Special Education teaching credential Experience working with students with mild/moderate or moderate/severe disabilities Strong classroom management and instructional skills Knowledge of IEP development and compliance requirements Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and families #J-18808-Ljbffr
