Responsibilities:

• Design and build core platform systems that underpin advanced AI-driven products
• Develop scalable frameworks and abstractions to simplify complex simulation capabilities
• Identify patterns across user workflows, product needs, and system capabilities
• Collaborate closely with product, research, and design teams to translate innovation into usable features
• Own platform architecture decisions from initial design through iteration and scaling
• Build developer-friendly systems that support a wide range of technical users
• Write high-leverage, reusable code that reduces complexity across the product

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience building platforms, developer tools, or workflow-heavy software products
• Strong backend or full-stack engineering background with experience in scalable systems design
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical systems into intuitive user experiences
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, research, or customer-facing teams
• Demonstrated ownership of system architecture and end-to-end product delivery
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
