Role Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Responsibilities Lead daily operations of an outpatient rehabilitation clinic, providing evidence-based, hands‑on care under PT supervision. Coordinate staff schedules, supervise support personnel, and ensure an exceptional patient experience. Oversee workflow, documentation, quality, and compliance, while supporting clinic performance and growth. Qualifications & Skills Strong clinical skills as a PTA, leadership abilities, excellent organizational and communication skills, and knowledge of healthcare regulations. Ability to manage team dynamics, ensure quality care, and foster a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
