Overview Senior Endur Support - Tier 1 proprietary trading fund ~$400,000 – Mondrian Alpha This opportunity offers the chance to join one of the world’s leading proprietary trading businesses and partner with a technology team building the future of trading infrastructure. We are seeking a skilled support engineer to work with the Macro and Commodities trading teams; Commodities and Endur experience is a must. The role focuses on ensuring stability, accuracy, and efficiency across trading and risk platforms. Responsibilities Manage user lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and access changes. Configure account structures and instrument setups to generate accurate risk and trading analytics. Automate manual processes and design tools to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk. Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to resolve incidents, communicate changes, and perform root cause analysis on critical issues. Experience supporting a commodities trading business. Previous exposure to Endur / OpenLink systems. Strong SQL skills with the ability to query, analyse, and validate data. Solid knowledge of Windows, .NET, and SQL Server environments.
