Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Northfield, IL. The Customer Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer accounts, addressing customer inquiries, building strong client relationships, and identifying new sales opportunities. Additional responsibilities include developing tailored logistics solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to provide exceptional service. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Experience in account management and relationship building Knowledge of third-party logistics, FTL, LTL, and warehousing solutions is a plus Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities Problem-solving and organizational skills Proficiency in technology platforms; experience with TMS is an advantage Motivation to provide excellent service and contribute to a positive work environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred Compensation $100,000 Salary plus a very generous/aggressive compensation/benefits package #J-18808-Ljbffr Total Transportation Network (TTN)
