SUPERINTENDENT

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction operations and manage field teams on-site. This role requires strong leadership, safety awareness, and the ability to coordinate all aspects of daily construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations and field activities
• Manage and supervise construction crews and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols
• Monitor project schedule and coordinate with project managers
• Track material deliveries and equipment utilization
• Maintain site organization and cleanliness
• Document progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Address field challenges and coordinate solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction superintendent experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of construction safety and OSHA compliance
• Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver's license
