Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the RN or physician
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants while promoting quality resident care
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility policies and regulations

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Idaho
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Long term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident focused
