El puesto de Representante de Ventas en ETICOM LLC es una posición dinámica centrada en impulsar el crecimiento de nuevos negocios y gestionar las relaciones con los clientes en los sectores de embalaje flexible y fabricación. Como colaborador individual que reporta al gerente de ventas, aprovechará sus habilidades bilingües y su experiencia en ventas para prospectar nuevos clientes, brindar soluciones técnicas de ventas y garantizar la entrega exitosa de proyectos de principio a fin. Este puesto requiere viajes locales ocasionales y un dominio avanzado del software CRM para un seguimiento y pronóstico de ventas efectivos.
Responsabilidades
- Prospectar y captar nuevos clientes dentro de los sectores objetivo.
- Gestionar proyectos de ventas desde su inicio hasta su finalización.
- Asesorar y brindar soporte a clientes actuales y potenciales con soluciones técnicas de ventas.
- Realizar un seguimiento de los pagos y garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas de la empresa.
- Preparar y mantener pronósticos de ventas semanales.
- Utilice software CRM para realizar un seguimiento de las actividades de ventas y las interacciones con los clientes.
- Aplicar habilidades de negociación para cerrar acuerdos y maximizar los ingresos.
- Comunicarse eficazmente tanto en inglés como en español.
Requisitos
- Experiencia demostrada en ventas B2B
- Bilingüe en inglés y español
- Conocimientos de sistemas CRM y Microsoft Office.
- Mentalidad orientada a resultados con sólidas habilidades de seguimiento y negociación.
Requisitos preferidos
- Más de 2 años de experiencia en ventas
- Título de asociado o licenciatura en negocios o campo relacionado.
- Conocimiento de estrategias de ventas B2B y gestión de relaciones con los clientes.
- Sólidas habilidades de gestión de proyectos y comunicación.
