What You ll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care within a Level-III NICU environment
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary team members
• Cover shifts in the NICU and assist with newborn nursery care
• Monitor and manage sick newborns, supporting stabilization and ongoing treatment
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
• Support family education and provide compassionate bedside care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

What You Need

• Current NNP Board Certification (mandatory)
• 2+ years of post-licensure neonatal experience
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, compassionate environment
