Job Summary

Firkins Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Mitsubishi is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Support Specialist to join our fast-paced Business Development Center (BDC) in Bradenton, Florida.

This role focuses on responding to customer inquiries, managing inbound and outbound communications, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. What You'll Do

• Respond promptly to inbound leads from phone, internet, chat, and text inquiries
• Make outbound follow-up calls to customers who have expressed interest in a vehicle
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team
• Create a positive and professional first impression of the dealership
• Work closely with sales managers and consultants to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Follow proven processes and scripts while building genuine customer connections
• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system

Important: You are not responsible for closing sales or negotiating prices. Success in this role is measured by appointments scheduled and appointments shown.
What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional phone presence and active listening abilities
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred
• Basic computer proficiency; CRM experience is a plus
• Automotive experience is helpful but not required
