Capital Habeas Research & Writing Attorney
Federal Public Defender, Western District of Texas
The Federal Public Defender, Western District of Texas, is seeking a Research and Writing Specialist to be stationed in the Capital Habeas Unit in Austin. The role focuses on advanced research and drafting of federal habeas claims for indigent Texas death-sentenced prisoners.
