Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans. Deliver physical therapy services, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education. Teach patients and caregivers skills to promote independence and productivity. Collaborate with peers; provide referrals as needed to support comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with at least 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. For degrees earned outside the U.S., evaluation to confirm U.S. equivalency.
