Research available housing inventory and identify options that meet client needs. Provide pricing, availability, and housing recommendations. Enter reservations and maintain accurate information in CRM and reservation systems. Manage multiple housing requests, bookings, and follow-up activities simultaneously. Maintain listings across client platforms and booking portals. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through additional services and offerings.
