Campus Recruiter

Shift Information:

• Monday-Friday, Standard Business Hours, Hybrid Schedule - Onsite 2 -3 days a week !
• Pay range is $28-32/hr!
• Through the end of 2026 to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.

Job Description:

• Position is primarily responsible for managing the full candidate experience throughout the recruiting process, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, offer generation, and recruitment coordination.
• Position will also be responsible for planning and executing campus recruiting activities, candidate attraction events, interview days, and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Position will be in charge of managing recruiting pipelines, supporting candidate screening and selection efforts, maintaining accurate recruiting data, and providing recruiting process improvements through reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is required!
• Campus/college recruiting or recruiting experience is required!
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills are required!
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and work independently is required!
• Experience coordinating recruiting events or campus recruiting programs is preferred!
• Ability to travel locally and maintain a flexible schedule as recruiting needs arise is preferred!
