Heartview Foundation is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our nursing team at our Cando location. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, supervising nursing staff, and supporting our mission of providing compassionate substance use disorder treatment. What You'll Do Lead and supervise all nursing operations for residential, outpatient, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) programs. Manage and support nursing staff through scheduling, training, and performance oversight. Coordinate patient nursing care and ensure compliance with clinical standards and documentation requirements. Oversee medication inventory and medication management processes. Conduct nursing assessments, screenings, and care planning. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care. Coordinate Nurse Aide (NA) and Medication Assistant (MAI) certification and recertification programs. Review medication variance reports and implement corrective actions when needed. Coordinate CPR, First Aid, and other required staff training. Participate in the on-call nursing rotation. Schedule Monday-Friday, daytime hours, within a residential setting. Requirements Required Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Valid driver's license. CPR certification (or ability to obtain). Narcan administration certification (or ability to obtain). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. If in recovery, one must have achieved a period of sustained abstinence and be able to demonstrate successful rehabilitation and stability. Preferred Three to five years of nursing experience. Previous supervisory or management experience. Experience working with substance use disorder treatment or medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Starting wages are dependent on experience (DOE), with both supervisory and non-supervisory RN work considered within salary offers.
