We are seeking a compassionate and strategic Vice President of Human Resources to join our executive leadership team and help guide a faith-based, nonprofit senior living organization dedicated to serving older adults with dignity, compassion, and excellence.This executive role offers the opportunity to shape organizational culture, strengthen workforce engagement, and support the care partners and professionals who make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors every day.Position SummaryThe Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for the strategic leadership and oversight of all human resource functions across the organization. Reporting directly to the President, this role ensures HR practices align with organizational mission, values, regulatory requirements, and operational goals.The VP of Human Resources will lead initiatives in talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, workplace safety, performance management, and organizational culture while fostering a respectful, service-oriented, and faith-centered workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership for all Human Resources operations and initiativesDevelop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices organization-wideLead recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and retention strategies to attract top talentOversee employee relations, conflict resolution, grievance investigations, and corrective action processesAdminister employee compensation, benefits, wellness, recognition, leave, and performance evaluation programsEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsDirect workplace safety and injury prevention initiativesCollaborate with executive leadership, campus administrators, and department leaders to strengthen employee engagement and organizational cultureMaintain HR systems, employee records, and reporting processesChampion the organization’s mission, values, and commitment to exceptional resident careBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
