As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.19 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouses, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and delivery traffic, following post orders for access control, badge verification, and/or visitor processing. Support daily operations by observing shipping and receiving areas, checking gates and doors, and communicating security-related concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to site leadership. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
