F.H. Furr is expanding and seeking a detail?oriented, organized, and customer?focused Dispatcher to join our Georgetown, DE team. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient scheduling, strong communication, and exceptional service delivery for our customers and technicians.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and dispatch service technicians based on skill set, availability, and customer requirementsMonitor job progress and make real-time adjustments to ensure schedule accuracyProvide customers with updates, estimated arrival times, and follow-up communicationSupport field technicians by relaying job-related information and ensuring proper documentationMaintain accurate records within the dispatching systemCollaborate closely with customer service, service managers, and field teamsPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in dispatching or schedulingExperience with ServiceTitan and/or ProBook is strongly preferredExcellent multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a high-paced environment with shifting prioritiesStrong customer service orientation and teamwork mindsetWhat We OfferCompetitive compensationOpportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding companySupportive and collaborative work environmentComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.)Paid time off and company-sponsored trainingF.H.
