They're looking for a detail-oriented, focused, and compassionate Surgical Technologist to join their OR family.

You arrive early, check the board, and begin preparing the operating roomcarefully laying out instruments, organizing sterile fields, and ensuring the right equipment is in place. Your attention to detail sets the tone for everything that follows.

Once surgery begins, you shift into high gearassisting the surgeon by passing instruments with efficiency, holding retractors, and responding in sync with the team. You're the calm in the room, a steady presence who knows what's needed before it's asked for. You help keep the patient safe, the team supported, and the procedure on track.

Between cases, you help clean, restock, and sterilize, always ensuring the next surgery starts with the same high standard of care. Infection control, patient dignity, and surgical excellence are more than policiesthey're part of who you are.

What You'll Bring:

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Prior OR experience is a plus, but new grads are welcome and supported

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment
• Assist surgeons and nurses during procedures
• Monitor and handle surgical instruments and equipment
• Adhere to strict infection control protocols
• Ensure proper documentation and OR turnover between cases
