Director Of Nursing ServicesComForCare is currently seeking a Director Of Nursing Services. They will be responsible for the clinical oversight and compliance with the states of NC/SC and Accrediting agencies. Oversight will include care and personnel management, orientation and evaluations. Join our team and be a part of a certified Great Place To Work®!Essential Duties And Responsibilities:Functions as a Clinical partner with respective ComForCare business ownerProvides clinical oversight and case management as required by regulations or business lineFacilitates the orientation process, competency and skills validation process for caregiversProvides supervisory oversight for a specific client, caregiver or field staff population as directed by regulationsProvides education to team members, patients, family members of patients, caregivers, field staff, and referral sourcesManages caregivers and field staff while on assignment (clinical functions); assesses and investigates caregiver and field staff concerns and issues, and provides performance coaching, counseling and disciplinary action when appropriate.Performing comprehensive assessments of client status, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters.Developing an individualized plan of care for each client that incorporates analysis of data and current scientific findings.Maintaining client records showing systematic assessments, planning interventions, and evaluations.Minimum Requirements:Active Registered Nurse (RN) license requiredMinimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse in NC/SCAble to meet all federal, state, local contract and program requirements, in addition to internal certifications and training, as requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills2 years Supervisory or Management experienceProficiency with computersPerks And Benefits:Health care insurancePaid time offPaid holidays401(k) plan optionAbout Us:Owner Pradeep Sharma and his family personally experienced caring for a relative, and while it comes with tremendous satisfaction, he also understands that is hard work that requires compassion and dedication.
