Our Medical Receptionist will be the first point of contact as patients enter our office greeting patients warmly, verifying personal and insurance information, and assisting with intake forms. Helping patients and their families feel comfortable. We are looking for someone who can efficiently handle multiple phone lines and schedule patient appointments. Maintaining and updating patient records in electronic health record (EHR) systems with accuracy. Manage patient flow, maintain the office area, and ensure that daily administrative tasks are completed efficiently. We are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with a small team and has a "no task is too small" attitude. Prior medical front desk experience is a plus, but personality and positive energy is what matters most!
